So she decided to play a game of "scared straight" with herself, and unfortunately for you, that means you're playing too. Because, let's be real: we all have terrible posture at least sometimes. Mostly when we're working from home or hunched over our phones. And besides looking bad, it turns out that bad posture is actually terrible for your health! Heart problems, digestion problems, nerve damage...the list goes on. So let's fix that.
