From cystic breakouts and constant flare-ups to the anxiety, depression, embarrassment and isolation that came with it… this season of my life was one of the hardest I’ve ever faced.
I share the moments no one saw, the breakdowns, the cancelled plans, the hit to my confidence, the obsession with trying to “fix” myself and the emotional toll of waking up every day scared to look in the mirror.
But I also talk about what helped me heal, physically, mentally and emotionally. How my skin journey ended up teaching me more about self-worth, resilience and compassion than I ever expected.
